enchanting and quaint hotel located in a pretty comfortable area very close to the city center and the train/bus station of grenoble and many restaurants and bars. marvellous location, just walking distance from porte de france city gate.

The location here is great, just a short walk from Parc Marliave, and the staff is really friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during a two week trip to France. The price was affordable. The location was convenient to downtown shopping, restaurants and sights. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was exceptional. From the man who checked us in to the women who cleaned the rooms, they treated us like friends and family, not anonymous guests. It was a great experience.

Central location, relaxing base for discovering Grenoble. Particularly nice breakfast options with good coffee and cheese, as for instance. The staff were polite and the restaurant was great.

It was a great and practical location near to train station and food stores, Grenoble airport and the old town. Our room was cool and immaculately clean, included with WiFi, bunk beds and nice bathroom.

This place is so cozy and well-lit, with lots of nice little touches that make your stay even better. It's a great spot to start your adventures and see everything around here 🌟.

The room was really hot and there was no air conditioning unless you paid extra charge.

The staff were friendly and obliging. The breakfast set up was varied, fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable with enough towels and hot water. The bath was comfy too. The noise level was fine.

Recently used this hotel as a base for some road cycling in the French Alps. Ticked all the boxes here for: decent breakfast, good bathroom, powerful shower, generally quiet at night and secure parking for keeping the bikes in the car. Pleasant, low-key staff. 10 minutes walk down to the various squares in Grenoble for dining and drinks. Note the street name is Rue Louis Barbillon, not Rue Barbillon as this website has it recorded - the sat nav won't find it without Louis.

Little bit pricey. No air-con and the rooms face an internal courtyard with little air-flow, so hot at night.
